Refund Policy

VANTA TECHNOLOGIES LLC sells optional, one-time digital coin packs for Hero Duel. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You can cancel before you pay by leaving checkout.

When we refund

• If you were charged and the coins were not added to the correct game account, email us. We will complete delivery or refund the charge.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate.
• If you accidentally paid and email us before the coins are delivered, we can refund.

When we generally do not refund

After coins or shop items are delivered to the account, the purchase is a completed digital good and is not refundable, except where United States or other applicable law requires a refund. We also do not refund purchases made on another player’s account if you shared your login.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the order, and include:

• the order number
• the game username / client ID
• the amount and date
• a short description of the problem

We aim to reply within two business days. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can fix a failed delivery quickly.

Chargebacks

If a bank reverses a completed, delivered order, we may remove the coins and restrict the account while we review the case.
