Terms of Service

Last updated 7 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and VANTA TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

The service

Hero Duel is a free-to-play browser game at w2yx.com. You may play without paying. Optional coin packs and shop items are digital goods sold as one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew and they are not a subscription.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. One person should use one account. We may suspend accounts that cheat, abuse other players, attempt payment fraud, or break these terms.

Optional purchases

Coin packs are priced in US dollars on the Shop section of this site and in the game. Coins are licensed, not owned as property. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between players, and cannot be redeemed for money. Delivery is to the game account used at checkout after the payment succeeds.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the game except as allowed by law, attack our systems, use unauthorized bots, resell coins, or use the service for anything unlawful. Hero Duel is entertainment. It is not gambling and does not pay out real money.

Availability

We try to keep the game available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, prices, or coin items. If we discontinue the game, unused coins are not converted to cash except where the law requires it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, VANTA TECHNOLOGIES LLC is not liable for lost progress, lost coins after a completed delivery, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related purchase in the 90 days before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

Law

Utah and United States law govern these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
